Alisca Vending
Software for an operator running hundreds of coffee and snack machines, built so the field team can work whether or not there is a signal.
The client
Alisca Vending operates hundreds of vending machines selling coffee and snacks.
We designed and built a suite of software applications to let them operate those machines more easily and analyse the activity through real-time reports.
Back office
A web application used to manage all the operations and view the real-time reports.
Mobile application
A Windows Phone application for the employees operating the machines in the field, used to register their activity:
- Loading and unloading products to the machines
- Reading counters, taking inventory and registering events
It also runs offline. Data synchronises as soon as an internet connection is available, so a machine in a spot with no coverage does not stop the round.
