What the platform does
Performance Bloc gives a hospital one view of its operating-theatre activity: time used per surgical speciality, late starts, early finishes and the gaps between patients. With that in front of them, hospital management can take strategic decisions about their activity from evidence rather than impression.
How we worked
We have worked with Datamento from the product's earliest stage, designing and building the tool alongside them rather than to a finished brief.
That has not stopped at delivery. We have provided continuous support ever since — improving the platform and answering the requests that come back from the hospitals using it.
